Custom Raspberry Pi CM5 Carrier Board with 2s1p Li-Po Battery Pack UPS

In this custom carrier board, I designed a on-board UPS circuit for powering Raspberry Pi CM5 module with 2s1p Li-Po battery pack. To supply enough current during the peak load time of CM5, the power supply section can supply up to 4A when using the battery pack.

    • Texas Instruments BQ25886 2A Boost-mode battery charger for 2s1p Li-Po battery pack
    • Texas Instruments INA219 as a battery gauge
    • Vishay SIP32429 56 mΩ load switch
    • Texas Instruments TPS552892 8A buck-boost converter
